Behind the Scenes

What is a CWE container load?

Did you ever wonder how all of our tools, equipment, food and supplies get to the foreign mission field?

There is a dedicated crew of men that work behind the scenes to clean, inventory and pack all of the items needed for each project months before the first volunteer arrives. Maybe you would like to be one of those volunteers.

Upon return from each project the 40' CWE container is unloaded at our Tampa location and all items are inventoried and verified to be in proper working condition. The items that need attention are placed aside to be fixed and the remainder of the items are loaded back into the container.

Approximately 3 months prior to each trip the CWE container is unloaded again and the repaired items are added back in. All of the contents are now packed back into the container in a specific arrangement to ensure a balanced and stable load for the oversea voyage.

If you are interested in the container loading ministry please contact our office for more details regarding our next load.
